Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering design for the renovation of an existing 110,000 SF, single-story multi-tenant office/warehouse building into a single-tenant building, with open and private office space, conference rooms, a kitchen and cafeteria, and administrative/utility spaces. An enclosed on-grade link connects the east and west wings of the building, creating an outdoor "wellness" garden for employees.
