Construction of a two-story, 400,000 SF office and manufacturing facility consisting of 200,000 SF of corporate office space, 20,000 SF of Class 100 clean rooms, 100,000 SF of laboratory areas and 13,000 SF of support areas. The project also includes test labs, kitchen, cafeteria, chiller and boiler rooms. The project design includes an emergency generator back-up system, medium voltage switchgear and an extensive electrical distribution system. The new facility also utilizes thermal displacement ventilation in the Main Street/Atrium area.
