The Center for the Arts at Luther College is a new interdisciplinary arts facility that brings together music, theatre/dance and the visual arts. Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering design for this 55,000 SF building. The Center for the Arts features a 300-seat performing arts theatre, a dance studio, rehearsal spaces for theatre/dance, music and the visual arts, a shared arts media laboratory, pottery classrooms including both electric and gas-fired kilns, art classrooms, and offices and studios for faculty members in art and theatre/dance.
Dunham also provided mechanical and electrical design services for Luther College's Jenson-Noble Music Hall, a single-story, 13,000 SF addition to accommodate a recital hall for 300 people and faculty studios for music classes.
