University of Minnesota Jackson Hall

Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering design services for this six-story, 130,000 SF renovation, which includes a lecture hall, classrooms, administrative offices and medical research laboratories for the Pathology and Lab Medicine Department, Pharmacology, Cell Biology and Neural Anatomy Departments. The project required the complete replacement of all of the mechanical and electrical systems. All work was accomplished while the building was occupied.
