Dunham provided mechanical engineering design for the renovation of the existing historical depot into a new destination resort along the Mississippi River. It included a Courtyard by Marriott and a Marriott Residence Inn with a world-class ice rink, a water park, both indoor and outdoor event spaces, and a three-level parking structure.
