Pearl River Resort

Hotel & Convention Center
Dunham provided schematic design for a seven-story, 300-room hotel with an 8,000 SF convention center, 20,000-seat ball field, a performance stage and performers' building.
Fitness and Wellness Center
This 185,000 SF, two-story facility includes workout studios, locker and shower facilities, indoor swimming pool and four full basketball courts with a spectator capacity of 3,800. The center also includes bowling lanes, a climbing wall, tennis courts and teaching kitchens. Dunham's engineering services for this project included boilers and chillers; an emergency generator; and all data, communication, and signaling wiring and equipment design.
Clearwater Key
This large outdoor recreation area consists of two sand-bottom recreational pools and a 6,000 SF snorkel run for recreational snorkeling. Dunham provided the mechanical and electrical engineering design of the support buildings, including a facility housing water treatment equipment and pumps, a restroom and locker facility, a building to service the snorkel run, and lighting and sound in the parking and walkways located throughout the recreation area.
