Dunham provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for a new 5,300 SF data center expandable to 10,000 SF. It was designed to a modified Tier II level and 80 Watts/sf Day 1, expandable to 150 watts/sf.

We were also retained by the University to upgrade their existing 6,000 square foot primary data center for higher reliability in both the cooling and electrical systems. That effort included replacing their existing emergency generator with a higher capacity, more reliable unit as well as adding a second utility service to isolate the data center power from the building power.
