Minneapolis Lifestyle Center (Block E)

The Minneapolis Lifestyle Center (Block E) is a multi-use facility consisting of 176,000 SF of commercial, retail and restaurant facilities on Levels 1 and 2. Tenants include the Hard Rock Cafe, GameWorks, and Borders Books & Music. Block E also features an 82,500 SF, 15-screen theatre complex with seating for 3,600. The 22-story tower houses a 144,000 SF, 22-story four-star hotel with 260 rooms and a 24,000 SF conference center. An underground parking garage provides 236,000 SF of parking on two levels for 550 vehicles.

Dunham provided electrical engineering design services for the commons area and all tenant spaces on Levels 1 and 2. Our services also included developing the electrical working drawings for the two-level theater complex.
