Dunham provided full mechanical and electrical design services for the 220,000 SF, 2-story expansion of the Rosedale Mall retail space. The project also provides shell space to accommodate a new 80,000 SF multi-screen AMC theatre, along with a covered truck dock, utility spaces, existing mall connection, elevators and an adjoining Metro Transit bus station.
